Diaphragm Wall: 9,100m2, 0.6m-1.5m thick, 40m deep
Barrettes: 5,600m2, 0.8m-1.2m thick, 40m deep

Bachy Soletanche undertook the diaphragm wall and barrette foundations for the POSBank (Capital) Tower. The site was located close to the existing MRT running tunnels and debonding was required to the diaphragm wall near these tunnels - another first for Singapore. The Hydrofraise was used to excavate the diaphragm wall and the barrette foundations.
